  • Coconut oil has a neutral effect on cholesterol, it is heart healthy
  • Pure Coconut Oil contains about 50% Lauric acid, and is the most abundant natural source of Lauric acid available!
  • The best and richest natural sources of lauric acid are coconuts and coconut oil, these fatty acids give coconut oil it's amazing antimicrobial properties and are generally absent from all other vegetable and animal oils, with the exception of butter.
